Heaven does exist... and it's called Christie's.
I snagged tickets to the final viewing hour of the 20/21 Century exhibit before the huge auction that night. Sales at this weeks auctions exceeded $772 MILLION.
Picasso, Basquiat, Van Gogh, Warhol, Lichtenstein, Monet, Matisse, Rothko, Fontana, Mondrian, Koons, Hirst, Prince, Thiebaud, Seurat, Boetti, Banksy, Kusama, Haring, Indiana, Nara, Hockney... you name it.
It truly was a magnificent experience in a beautiful setting in Christie's' iconic headquarters at 20 Rockefeller Plaza.
Pablo Picasso's "Femme assise près d'une fenêtre (Marie-Thérèse) broke headlines by selling for a whopping $103,410,000.
I highly recommend paying a visit to Christie's to admire their future exhibits.
